The Jesenice branch of Gestapo, secret police in Nazi Germany, had prison cells also in Kos Manor. There is an authentic prison cell and a permanent museum exhibition about the policy of destroying national consciousness in Gorenjska and Nazi terror in Jesenice in the period from 1941 to 1945.
