As every now and then horses needed new shoes, old horseshoes remained. Children used to collect them, stick a stick into the ground and competed who could throw more horseshoes onto the stick.

Rolling the wheel – also carts got destroyed and what was left were old wheels of carts and also bicycles. Children used to roll them with the help of a stick and competed who could roll the wheel farther or faster.
